Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lore mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using Lore you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Lore is an anonymous, location-based questions & answers app. You can post questions on a map, answer questions near you, vote, like, and message other users. You may use the App anonymously or with an account.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the App Store rating in your region and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. User conduct & content

  • You are responsible for the content you post.
  • No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or abusive content.
  • No spam, impersonation, or attempts to identify other users.
  • We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report or block content/users in the App, and we act on reports.

4. Premium subscription

Lore offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium"):

  • Plans: Monthly and Yearly.
  • Price: Shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency.
  • Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Managing / cancelling: You can manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
  • Free trial (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under the Apple Standard EULA, which also applies to your use of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. User-generated content does not represent our views, and we are not responsible for it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Account → Delete Account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Lore mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Lore'u indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.

1. Hizmet

Lore, anonim ve konum tabanlı bir soru-cevap uygulamasıdır. Haritaya soru bırakabilir, çevrendeki soruları cevaplayabilir, oy verebilir, beğenebilir ve diğer kullanıcılarla mesajlaşabilirsin. Uygulamayı anonim olarak veya hesapla kullanabilirsin.

2. Uygunluk

Bölgendeki App Store derecelendirmesinin gerektirdiği asgari yaşı karşılamalı ve bu Koşulları kabul etmeye hukuken ehil olmalısın.

3. Kullanıcı davranışı ve içerik

  • Paylaştığın içerikten sen sorumlusun.
  • Yasa dışı, nefret içeren, taciz edici, müstehcen veya kötüye kullanım içeren içerik yasaktır.
  • Spam, taklit veya diğer kullanıcıları tanımlama girişimi yasaktır.
  • Bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir ve hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

Uygunsuz içerik ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans vardır. Uygulama içinden içerik/kullanıcı bildirebilir veya engelleyebilirsin; bildirimler üzerine işlem yaparız.

4. Premium abonelik

Lore, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik ("Premium") sunar:

  • Planlar: Aylık ve Yıllık.
  • Fiyat: Satın almadan önce Uygulamada yerel para biriminde gösterilir.
  • Ödeme: Satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabından tahsil edilir.
  • Otomatik yenileme: Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
  • Yönetme / iptal: Cihaz Ayarları → Apple ID → Abonelikler'den istediğin zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • Ücretsiz deneme (sunulduğunda): abonelik satın alındığında deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.

Ödemeler, iadeler ve faturalandırma Apple Standart EULA kapsamında Apple tarafından yürütülür; bu EULA Uygulama kullanımın için de geçerlidir.

5. Sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Kullanıcı içeriği bizim görüşlerimizi temsil etmez ve bundan sorumlu değiliz.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Lore, Uygulamayı kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

7. Fesih

Bu Koşulları ihlal edersen erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hesabını istediğin zaman Profil → Hesap → Hesabı Sil ile silebilirsin.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen kabul anlamına gelir.
