This Privacy Policy explains how Lore ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Lore you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile

  • A username you choose, an avatar, and (optionally) your gender.
  • If you create an account: your email address (or Apple Sign In identifier). You may also use the App fully anonymously without an account.

Location

  • Your approximate/precise device location, used to place your questions on the map and to show you nearby questions and send nearby notifications.
  • We do not store a permanent history of your location. Location is used to compute proximity.

User content

  • The questions, answers, votes, likes, and messages you create.

Notifications

  • A push notification token, so we can deliver alerts about nearby questions, answers to your questions, and likes.

Usage & device data

  • Basic technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. app version, device type) and to keep the App secure.

2. How we use your information

  • To run core features: showing nearby questions, posting and answering, messaging.
  • To send relevant push notifications.
  • To manage subscriptions and Premium features.
  • To keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and provide support.

3. Anonymity

Your real identity is never shown to other users. Questions and answers appear under your chosen username/avatar. Messaging between users is anonymous.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — backend, database, and hosting.
  • Expo — push notification delivery.
  • RevenueCat & Apple — subscription processing and payments.
  • Apple Sign In — optional account authentication.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. You may also email us to request deletion at etkinlikyweb@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR/KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

Lore is not intended for children under the age required by the App Store age rating in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from ineligible children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lore ("biz", "Uygulama") uygulamasının bilgilerini nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Lore'u kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Topladığımız bilgiler

Hesap ve profil

  • Seçtiğin bir takma ad, bir avatar ve (isteğe bağlı) cinsiyet.
  • Hesap oluşturursan: e-posta adresin (veya Apple ile Giriş kimliğin). Uygulamayı hesap açmadan tamamen anonim de kullanabilirsin.

Konum

  • Sorularını haritaya yerleştirmek, yakındaki soruları göstermek ve yakın soru bildirimleri göndermek için cihaz konumun (yaklaşık/kesin).
  • Konumunun kalıcı bir geçmişini saklamayız. Konum yalnızca yakınlık hesaplamak için kullanılır.

Kullanıcı içeriği

  • Oluşturduğun sorular, cevaplar, oylar, beğeniler ve mesajlar.

Bildirimler

  • Yakındaki sorular, sorularına gelen cevaplar ve beğeniler hakkında bildirim gönderebilmemiz için bir push bildirim anahtarı (token).

Kullanım ve cihaz verileri

  • Hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken temel teknik veriler (örn. uygulama sürümü, cihaz tipi) ve güvenlik.

2. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

  • Temel özellikler için: yakındaki soruları gösterme, soru sorma ve cevaplama, mesajlaşma.
  • İlgili push bildirimlerini göndermek için.
  • Abonelikleri ve Premium özellikleri yönetmek için.
  • Hizmeti güvende tutmak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve destek sağlamak için.

3. Anonimlik

Gerçek kimliğin diğer kullanıcılara hiçbir zaman gösterilmez. Sorular ve cevaplar seçtiğin takma ad/avatar ile görünür. Kullanıcılar arası mesajlaşma anonimdir.

4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Bizim adımıza veri işleyen güvenilir sağlayıcılar kullanırız:

  • Supabase — sunucu, veritabanı ve barındırma.
  • Expo — push bildirim gönderimi.
  • RevenueCat ve Apple — abonelik işleme ve ödemeler.
  • Apple ile Giriş — isteğe bağlı hesap doğrulama.

Kişisel verilerini satmıyoruz.

5. Veri saklama ve silme

Hesabını ve ilgili tüm verileri istediğin zaman uygulamadan kalıcı olarak silebilirsin: Profil → Hesap → Hesabı Sil. Ayrıca silme talebi için bize e-posta gönderebilirsin: etkinlikyweb@gmail.com.

6. Haklarınız

Bulunduğun bölgeye göre (örn. KVKK/GDPR), verilerine erişme, düzeltme veya silme ve onayını geri çekme hakkına sahip olabilirsin. Bu hakları kullanmak için bize ulaş.

7. Çocuklar

Lore, bölgendeki App Store yaş derecelendirmesinin gerektirdiği yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygun olmayan çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle burada yansıtılır.
